    I use it daily on my lower abdomen as it is in pain and it definitely helps with the pain!!

    Pain be gone

    Long story short, I have a back injury and it makes it hard to sit let alone exercise. Since I started using IceBalm by The Lighthearted Farmer I can now sit for extended periods of time and even do some light exercise. This is not a miracle cure, I have done stretching, yoga and physical therapy along with the IceBalm and I feel much better. Thank you.

    My daughter had a painful growth in her groin area and after applying this ointment for 2 weeks, it was completely gone and no more pain! She was scheduled for surgery but this saved us from that!

    The texture of The Lighthearted Farmer balms is so luxurious! I use the Ice Balm whenever I have a backache, and the Fire Balm is spicy and soothing for sore muscles and cramps.
